3ES-WO63 Processor

3ES-WO63 can process water-washable photopolymer flexo plates up to a format size of 635x762 mm, 
it offers high quality for digital and analogue plates. 

The mechanical construction is designed with stainless steel body, robust easy to support and maintain. 

It has 7" user-friendly graphic touch screen, temperature according to plate type, automatic thickness 
control that suitable for any thickness of plates between 0.7-7.00 mm, rotating washing board and 
automatic lid opening-closing. It provides 20 channels program memory for different type of plate.

Every thickness of the plate from 0,6 mm up to 7.0 mm can be processed by setting thickness and 
depth on the touch screen.

The washing lid opens/closes automatically. Loading plate onto self-adhesive sticky board is very easy. 
While lid opens washing board slides towards to user smoothly in order to fix/remove plate easily.

State-of-art filter removes polymer residue in washing solution and the clean washing solution is 
recirculated to washout tank for reuse.
